35 Years Together: Briana Falduti

This year, Greater Than is celebrating 35 years of walking alongside students and families to advance educational equity.

As part of this milestone, we’re continuing our 35 Stories Project—a series highlighting the voices of alumni, parents, donors, educators, and partners who’ve helped shape our journey.

This week, we’re proud to share the perspective of Briana Falduti, a former Greater Than staff member who served as Program Coordinator and Postsecondary Success Manager from 2016 to 2019.

Feature Story: Briana

Briana’s time with Greater Than gave her a front-row seat to the power of long-term, community-rooted relationships. She witnessed firsthand how students build confidence, access opportunities, and begin to see themselves in spaces of power.

“One of the coolest changes I’ve seen is how our students begin to feel more confident and empowered to navigate systems for themselves… That confidence shows up when you see Greater Than students turning around to support younger students—whether it’s friends or younger siblings. It’s just really powerful to witness that growth.”

– Briana Falduti

At Greater Than, supporting students means caring for the whole student, the whole family, and the whole community. From early learning to postsecondary and career pathways, our work is grounded in relationship, equity, and belonging.

Looking Ahead

Over the next year, we’ll be sharing more stories from the Greater Than community—stories of resilience, impact, and partnership. Stay tuned for the next feature in our series!
