Exciting New From Greater Than

Welcoming out new Chief Advancement Officer, Stefanny Cabellero

We are thrilled to announce that Stefanny Caballero will be joining Greater Than as our Chief Advancement Officer, beginning December 1, 2025.

Most recently, Stefanny served as Executive Director of the Virginia Garcia Memorial Foundation, the fundraising arm of the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center. In that role, she led a team of 11 and oversaw annual fundraising efforts totaling between $12 million and $20 million.

Stefanny was born and raised in Honduras and moved to the United States at age 15. She has made the Northwest her home, remaining committed to contributing towards creating a stronger community and working to support others who faced similar barriers. Stefanny is widely respected for her deep community connections, her strong commitment to racial equity, and her proven ability to inspire philanthropy and build partnerships across sectors.

Stefanny was drawn to Greater Than’s mission, values, and family-centered culture — and she shares our passion for creating transformational opportunities for students and families. Her experience and leadership will play a vital role in strengthening our programs, partnerships, and long-term sustainability.
